The original xemacs-21.1.10.tar.gz file had several empty directories
in the lisp subtree.  Not only was this an annoying performance-hog,
it apparently broke quail.  I have therefore re-packaged the 21.1.10
tarball without the empty lisp directories and renamed the tarball to
xemacs-21.1.10a.tar.gz.
